What should I wear to my first adult ballet class?
If you already have ballet attire - a leotard, ballet tights, and soft ballet slippers - that's perfect!
If not, wear something comfortable - leggings, a T-shirt, or fitted activewear. Socks are fine.What should children wear to a trial class?
Leotard, tights, and soft ballet shoes (non-leather), if available.
If not - leggings and a T-shirt are fine. A studio uniform is required after the trial class.Can I attend a free trial class before registering?
Yes! We offer one free trial class to help you explore our studio.

- Little Dancers (Ages 3-5)
- Junior Ballet (Ages 6-10)
- Pre-Professional Program (Ages 11-18)
- Adult Ballet (Beginner & Intermediate)
What is the Pre-Professional Program?
Admission is by audition or evaluation only. The program includes ballet, pointe, variations, and private coaching.
Do I need experience to join?
Not at all! We welcome complete beginners as well as dancers with experience.
Can my child prepare for exams or competitions?
Yes! We offer private coaching and preparation for exams, competitions, and performances.
Do you offer scholarships or support for motivated students?
Yes! T&Y Ballet Studio offers limited scholarships for talented and highly motivated students who demonstrate dedication to ballet. To apply, email us at balletstudioty@yahoo.com with a short introduction and a video link. Each application is reviewed individually.
Is English required to attend your studio?
No. We are inclusive and multilingual. We teach through clear demonstrations and individual attention.
How large are your class sizes?
We keep classes small to ensure every student receives personal attention and artistic development.
Can I book private lessons?
Yes, private ballet coaching is available for children and adults.

Our teaching combines classical technique with care, discipline, and artistry. We believe in creating confident, expressive dancers.

Absolutely! It's never too late to discover ballet. Our classes are welcoming, gentle, and joyful.
What's the difference between a trial and evaluation class?
- Trial: for beginners to try a class.
- Evaluation: for students with prior experience to determine their level.
Can parents stay and watch the classes?
To help students focus, we don't allow parents inside the studio during lessons.
But we host open classes and performances for families.Do you offer performance opportunities?
Yes, students participate in studio showcases and events. Pre-Professional students may be invited to competitions or galas.
