tyballet.studio is the website of TKACHUK-YAPPAROVA BALLET STUDIO INC., an Ontario corporation operating as T&Y Ballet Studio (“we”, “us”, “the Studio”). These terms explain how you may use this website. They do not change your rights under Ontario or Canadian consumer law, and they do not replace the agreement you sign when you enroll.
1. What this website is for
The website gives general information about our training, programs, teachers and performances, and about how to contact us. We work to keep it accurate, but schedules, teachers, program details, dates and availability can change. We tell registered families directly about changes that affect them.
2. Enrollment and payment
Registration, memberships and payments are handled through WellnessLiving. Before you pay, you will see the class or membership description, the total price including tax, the payment schedule, and the cancellation and refund terms. Your enrollment agreement and those purchase terms govern your purchase.
For prepaid dance instruction, Ontario law gives you specific rights, including a 10-day cooling-off period. Your enrollment agreement explains how these rights apply. Nothing on this website limits any right you have under Ontario or Canadian law.
3. Placement and outcomes
Trial classes, evaluations, placement and progression follow our published arrangements and the judgment of our teachers. Nothing on this website is a promise of admission to a particular level, a competition entry, a scholarship, a performance role or a professional career.
4. Other purchases
Uniforms bought from Elevé Dancewear and concert tickets sold through a ticketing provider are separate purchases under that provider’s terms. An event announcement does not mean tickets are on sale until a working purchase link is shown.
5. Our content and student images
The text, photos, videos, logos and design on this website belong to the Studio or are used with permission. You may view them and share links to them for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please do not copy, download, edit or reuse photos or videos of our students; they are published with their families’ permission for this website and our own social media only. To report an image that concerns you, email balletstudioty@yahoo.com and we will review it promptly.
6. Links and third-party features
The website links to or displays services run by others, including WellnessLiving and its CAASI assistant, Google reviews shown through Trustindex, our social media accounts, Elevé Dancewear and ticketing providers. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we do not control them.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the website working and accessible, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors. If registration details look inconsistent, please contact us before you pay.

9. Language versions
This website is available in English, French and Simplified Chinese. If a translation differs from the English version, the English version applies.
